What do I support?
As a SmartSimple Cloud – Certified System Administrator, I support organizations from a full lifecycle SmartSimple configuration according to the predefined business requirements to day-to-day support, maintaining your grant application process, creating new grants, reports, role management etc.
I will collaborate with your team to investigate and help solve issues. This involves detailed troubleshooting of the system. Review and test configured system functions to ensure adherence to your requests and statement of work requirements.
With guidance from the project team, I can help to create/update “best practice” project documentation as required for training, project engagements or internal support use.
